Bangus is called Milkfish. We packed in Olive Oil and the adobo sauce recipe that Filipinos love. Adobo sauce composed of the slow-cooked meat with cane vinegar and soy sauce.
Great on hot dinorado rice and a side dish. Also perfect on salad greens or as a topping on bread such as hot pan de sal or on a toast or crackers.
On our photo, we took it with rice and some side dish. Yum!
