Seaweed Bagoong in Olive Oil 4 oz. (Vegetarian Bagoong)

Sugar-free vegetarian "bagoong" in coconut oil. Sometimes called as green caviar.
For a sugar-free alternative, we used organic liquid Stevia extract and Monk Fruit,
We used seaweed because this is patterned after the flavor of Alamang - coming from the sea.
ALL-NATURAL. Sugar-Free. No preservatives. No MSG. No transfat. No chemical additives.
This is dried, fresh seaweed to make it a similar texture to alamang. Since it is from the sea, we have to lessen the salt. So this DOES NOT CONTAIN salt at all.
Seaweed itself is low in protein and fat. Generally, it does not contain histamine naturally. It is safe for most people, even those with histamine intolerance.
We make different varieties: 1) coconut-oil based sugar-free, 2) olive oil -based with muscovado and 3) olive oil - based, sugar -free.
We use retort-canning method in all of our bottled food products. This procedure is an industry standard method. Retort canning subjects the bottled food in high pressure and high temperature.
Shelf-life : three (03) years
Once opened, 5-7 days in the fridge, under the chiller (that's the coldest part of the fridge). Or up to three (03) months if frozen. Keep it cold, sealed, and use clean utensils to avoid contamination.
Ingredients: dried seaweeds, olive oil, muscovado sugar, vinegar, and garlic.
