CHILI CON CHAMPIÑONES, 10 oz. is our vegetarian take on our family's heirloom chili con carne recipe, which we also bottled.
Instead of local beef chunks, we used three kinds of mushrooms: portobellini mushrooms, wood-ear mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms.
Use it however you use Chili con Carne. You can use it for any type pasta or to mix with salad greens. You can also top it on baked potatoes for a truly vegetarian baked potato serving.
Shelf stable for one (01) year.
