Not your usual chili garlic oil, we use tthe native chili which is labuyo , not the Taiwan chilies currently being passed-off as labuyo in most supermarkets.
Also unique is our base oil. We use olive oil instead of the usual GMO-sourced corn oil soya or canola oil.
Perfect on pasta, pizza, stir-fried veggies or noodles, sinangag or on the usual siomai.
Shelf stable for three (03) years. Refrigerate after opening.
