This one is in olive oil and pumpkin seeds, and Parmigiano.

It tends to have a fresher, more citrusy, slightly peppery flavor profile that pairs really well with calamansi and pumpkin seeds.
Using pumpkin seeds instead of pine nuts also makes it more affordable, nutty and earthy -- plus, they add a different nutritional profile (magnesium, zinc, profile).

Shelf - Stable for one (01) year, unopened at room temperature.
Once opened, it should be refrigerated and consumed within one (01) month (and always with a clean spoon to avoid contamination).
