Crunchy Tuyo Bits with Kamias! 😊
A little tangy in flavor. We used Kamias for a that little tangy flavor. Instead of powdered vinegar that's imported. Adding Kamias makes it an all Filipino product.
We included the fish skin for a source of marine collagen - for skin health: improving elasticity and hydration, potentially reducing wrinkles and enhancing overall skin appearance.
We've also include fish bones since it is known to have a high source of calcium.
It is air-fried so that it's baked to make it crispy.
We drizzle a bit of olive oil.
Add to your sinangag (fried rice) and add egg.
You can add it to your pansit (stir-fried noodles), or Arroz Caldo, Monggo (Mong Beans Stew).
Shelf stable for three (03) years. No need for refrigeration once opened, just do not double dip. Close the lid when no in use.
