Not your usual chili garlic oil, we use tthe native chili which is labuyo , not the Taiwan chilies currently being passed-off as labuyo in most supermarkets.
Real native labuyo chilies are sized: 1-4 cm. Any longer than that is not native labuyo.
The base oil is 100% olive oil. We don't mix any other oil.
Perfect on pasta, pizza, stir-fried veggies or noodles, sinangag (garlic fried rice) or on the usual siomai.
Shelf stable for three (03) years. Refrigerate after opening.
