We use native chili which is labuyo (not the locally grown Taiwan chilies currently being passed-off as labuyo in most markets) and local garlic packed in olive oil - which is our base oil.
We use olive oil instead of the usual GMO-sourced corn oil soya or canola oil.
Perfect on pasta, pizza, stir-fried veggies or noodles, sinangag or on the usual siomai.
Shelf stable for three (03) years. Refrigerate after opening.
