This is baked 3x times so it has a  long shelf life of three (03) months.

You may freeze and move it to another container or put into a ziplock.

Melba toast is more versatile than it seems aside from being a classic pairing for paté and spreads, here are some  of creative and practical uses our customers would use it for:

1. Appetizers

   •   Canapé Base: Top with our smoked salmon Paté in Olive Oil  / our Milkfish Paté in Olive Oil / our Dulong Regular  / Spicy in Olive oil  , cream cheese, capers, or tapenade.

   •   Bruschetta Alternative: Use in place of baguette slices for lighter bruschetta.

   •   Cheese Boards: Adds crunch and texture alongside cheeses, nuts, and dried fruit. We have customer who use these for their grazing  boards 

2. Meal Enhancer

   •   Soup Accompaniment: Serve with creamy soups like tomato or mushroom instead of croutons. Since these are non- dairy and sugar free. 

   •   Salad Crunch: Crush and sprinkle on salads in place of croutons.

   •   Topping for Baked Dishes: Crushed Melba toast can be used as a crispy topping for baked macaroni and cheese or casseroles.

3. Low-Calorie Substitute

   •   Bread Replacement: Great for those watching carbs or calories—use for mini open-faced sandwiches.

   •   Dippers: Pair with hummus, baba ganoush, spinach artichoke dip, or any creamy dip.

4. Dessert Base

   •   Mini Tarts: Sweet versions of Melba toast can be used as a crunchy base for cream cheese and fruit.

   •   Cheesecake Crust Substitute: Crushed and mixed with butter for a light crust.
