Instead of muscovado sugar we used organic liquid stevia extract and monk fruit.
We patterned the flavor to our Healthy Bagoong in Olive Oil Classic and our spicy versions .
It is also low salt lIke the rest of our other variants of Bagoong Alamang.

This bagoong that we made tastes fresh and many of our regular customers tell us that it’s “nakaka-inlove”. You’ll really fall in love with its flavor . And you won’t feel bad about it too.
You can use it wherever you use Bagoong Alamang. As a street food , you could put it over the skewered sliced green mangoes , while you walk around, say, our weekend markets.
You can use it as a side dish, for your Pinakbet (sautéed Filipino vegetables like : eggplant , bitter papaya, string beans , okra , and squash), Kare-Kare (ox - tail stew with peanut sauce) which you add a bit on the side. You can also make Bagoong Rice with it too.
Without preservatives, it is shelf stable for three (03) years. We use industry standard methods and equipment.
Refrigerate after opening. It will last for three (03) months, placed under the chiller (coldest part of the refrigerator) . Please don’t double dip.
