This is what most Filipinos call Spanish Style. But according to one of our Portuguese customers, also a former - vendor in one of our weekend markets, we Filipinos got it all mixed up.
What we consider "Spanish style" bottled seafood is actually "Portuguese Style" because it's the Portuguese who take their fish in olive oil and the Spaniards take them in olive oil AND with TOMATO SAUCE - that is what Spanish style means.
