Crunchy Tuyo Bits with Kamias! 😊
Since we add vinegar to our original Crunchy Tuyo Bits, we thought of adding the powder form.Â
We want an all Filipino flavor, so we used Kamias and mix it in.Â
We included the fish skin for a source of marine collagen.
We've also include fish bones since it is known to have a high source of calcium.
It is air-fried so that it's baked to make it crispy.
We drizzle a bit of Olive oil.Â
Add to your sinangag (fried rice) and add egg.Â
You can add it to your pansit (stir-fried noodles), or Arroz Caldo, Monggo (Mong Beans Stew).
