Galunggong or Mackerel Scad (scientific name) that we smoked (or Tinapa) and packed in olive oil, 8 oz.
It is naturally smoked with local hardwood such as: Mahogany, Santol or Mango wood. We use an industry-standard smoker.
Smoking the Galunggong fish gives it a savory, and umami-rich taste.
We make our bottled food very balance in its flavor. Hence, we make them low in sodium content and no need for sugar.
