Galunggong or Mackerel Scad (scientific name) that we smoked (or Tinapa) and packed in olive oil, 8 oz. 

It is naturally smoked with local hardwood such as:  Mahogany, Santol or Mango wood.  We use an industry-standard smoker. 

Smoking the Galunggong fish gives it a savory, and umami-rich taste. 

We make our bottled food very balance in its flavor.  Hence, we make them low in sodium content and no need for sugar.

Refrigerate once opened.  Please do not double - dip so no bacteria is introduced into the jar once opened. 

Serving suggestions:  You may consume it however you use the Sardines in Olive Oil.  Smoked fish is good with rice or salad.
