Galunggong or Mackerel Scad as its scientific name in Portuguese Style. Olive oil based with a slice of carrot, a slice of dill pickle (which is made by us), a pinch of peppercorns, cloves, bay leaf and a chili pepper with its cover (this is not yet spicy until it is crushed).
We make our bottled food very balance in its flavor. Hence, we make them low in salt or low in sodium content and no need for sugar.
