Galunggong or Mackerel Scad (scientific name) Gourmet Tuyo in Olive Oil, 6 oz.  

We dried the Galunggong and filleted it and took out its bones.  This is the same recipe we used with our Gourmet Tuyo Fillets. 

Galunggong is a favorite among many Filipinos.  We discovered that it also tastes very good when we make it into a gourmet tuyo style with our very own recipe which many of our customers love. 

Ingredients:  Sun-dried Galunggong Fillets, olive oil, garlic, vinegar and sea salt and chili pepper. 

Serving suggestions:  You may consume it the same way as a gourmet tuyo fillet.
