Bangus back prepared in its water (brine).
This product is rich in Omega 3 and has high source of Calcium because we include the fish bone, it is soft as the meat since we use a pressure canner to seal the product without preservatives. Pressure canning subjects the food in a glass jar to high temperature, high pressure in the canner. In this case, any microbe that will cause the food to spoil is sealed out. Hence, the bones are already soft.
We use all natural sea salt and bangus back fillet and that's it!
This tastes like Salmon. Perfect for green salad and sandwiches as replacement for Tuna. Shelf life: one year. Absolutely no preservatives, no MSG.
