Bigger jar means more Tuyo Fillets and more olive oil. We sun-dry our own fish caught from Palawan. We fillet them ourselves and we don't mix any other oil into our olive oil. We use olive oil in all of our products. This gourmet tuyo is all-natural.
Have some Tuyo, sinangag (fried rice) and itlog (egg) for breakfast. Skip the usual anchovy and use our tuyo for your next omelette or pizza or caesar salad or pasta dish. Make a canapé with it or snack by topping it on grilled bruschetta.
